Three weeks in-country. For teachers who already hold a recognised TEFL certificate and want practical classroom time before they start.
3 Weeks · $825 · Siem Reap, CambodiaA recognised TEFL certificate is the entry requirement for most teaching jobs. What it doesn't always give you is real classroom experience — the reps that build actual confidence.
The Fast Track Programme is designed for candidates who have completed a recognised 120-hour TEFL or TESOL course and want structured, observed practice before they start applying for positions. You join The Classroom Apprenticeship cohort in week 2 and graduate alongside them.
The Fast Track is split into two phases. The first week gives you focused trainer input alongside the 4-week cohort. In weeks two and three, you're teaching — observed, with structured feedback throughout.
The Fast Track is not open entry. Your existing TEFL certificate must meet the minimum standard before we can accept your application.
Certificates that do not qualify: Universal TEFL and Teacher Record certificates are not accepted on the Fast Track Programme. If you hold one of these, you would need to complete the full 4-week Classroom Apprenticeship instead. We'll tell you this upfront — it's not something we raise after you've paid.
